PLEASE NOTE:    If your pet is to board with the Tomball Pet Resort during the peak periods (all summer months  June 1 thru August 30), Spring Break or any major holiday, the Tomball Pet Resort reserves the right to require a non-refundable pre-payment for the total boarding cost at the time the reservation is made.

CANCELLATION POLICY:    Once your reservation is confirmed by credit card, cancelling your reservation or failing to show will result in a charge for the entire stay for your pet to your credit card.
