How do I make a reservation for my pet to stay at the Pet Resort?

You can either make a reservation online or by calling the Pet Resort at 281-255-2277. We will ask you specific questions regarding your pet in order to set up a profile and create a reservation.

What is Canine Influenza? What procedures does the Pet Resort take to prevent it?

Canine Influenza is an airborne virus similar to the symptoms of other canine respiratory diseases including coughing, sneezing, nasal discharge and running a fever.

At the Pet Resort, our mission is to create a safe, clean and fun environment. The Pet Resort does not accept guests at check in who exhibit signs of respiratory disease. All suites, floors, bowls and other surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between uses.

Can I take a tour of the Pet Resort?

You (and your pet) are encouraged to tour the facility prior to your boarding reservation. Please call to schedule a tour for you and your pet. We normally provide tours Monday-Saturday 12-2pm.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide tours during holiday seasons. Refer to pricing page for dates.

Does the Pet Resort offer webcam service?

No, currently the Pet Resort does not offer a webcam service.

What is the Pet Resort commitment?

At the Pet Resort, we proudly guarantee our "Pet Resort Commitment" to each guest that enters our building. We are committed to providing a safe, clean and fun environment for your pet. Anything less is not the Pet Resort Commitment. Our attentive staff is passionate about pets and their safety as well as ensuring that your pet has an enjoyable time with us. Trust is something earned, and we are committed to treating all of our guests as members of our own family

Can I bring my own pet food?

For the best interests of your pet, the Pet Resort recommends that you bring their own food in pre-measured and pre-marked zip lock baggies to maintain your pet's normal diet. This also helps prevent upset stomachs. However, we do provide our premium house food for $4.50/per day/per pet

Can I bring my own pet's favorite toy, blanket or bedding?

To ensure a flea and tick free environment, we ask that you do not bring any bedding, fabrics or plush toys. We provide all guests with premium bedding and blanket at no additional charge.

What are the age restrictions for boarding my pet?

The youngest age the Pet Resort accepts is a 6-month-old puppy or kitten. Your pet must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and have had at least their second set of vaccinations.

Does the Pet Resort have any boarding restrictions?

For the safety of your pet and other guests, we will not accept pets that have been coughing within the last week, pets that have open wounds or stitches, pets that are recovering from surgery, pets that have contagious diseases, or pets who are people-aggressive.

Does the Pet Resort accept pets that have not been spayed or neutered?

Yes, the Pet Resort accepts unaltered or intact pets. We accept pets in heat for boarding only

What does my pet do all day?

Your dog will relax in a private and spacious suite, go out for playtimes or walks. Your dog will be very active during his/her stay with us and it is not uncommon for pets to sleep more than normal after their vacation at the Pet Resort.

Can my dogs stay together?

Yes, same family pets may stay together. There is a discounted rate for the second and subsequent pet(s) using the same suite.

What are the hours of operation?

Our business hours are listed below as well as a map for directions.

Is there a vet onsite?

The Pet Resort is partnered with a number of local veterinarians who are on-call for any emergencies.

Can I check on my pet while he/she is boarding?

As pet lovers ourselves, we know how hard it is for you to leave your pet behind when you travel. We value your trust in us and if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Does the Pet Resort have any specials?

Yes – we have our cool weekly special – see web site pricing page.

What is the Pet Resort’s policy on medications?

Although we do not administer injections, we will give oral medications or drops that are prescribed by your vet.

Does my pet get to play?

Your dog will enjoy playtimes with our technicians.  If you're interested in group play a temperament test will be required.

How much does it cost for my pet to board?

All pets get their own suite. Each pet receives a “free” playtime with their boarding fee. Please refer to the pricing sheet on the web site. Also, please note that we no longer accept checks as a form of payment.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
